Client Testimonials
“What a wonderful and amazing group of people you all are! We needed a breath of fresh air at Mountains Animal Hospital and you have certainly been that! I cannot fault the care that you provided for Lewis throughout his stay in your Hospital and will certainly be recommending you as the new owners of Mountains Animal Hospital to all of my friends. Cheers!”

Nepean
Nepean Animal Hospital is a busy 5 vet Hospital located on Mulgoa Road just north of the Glenmore Park roundabout and two minutes from the M4. Nepean Animal Hospital is a family practice, owned by Anna Brown and Antony Karolis. Established in 2005, Nepean Animal Hospital has quickly grown from no clients to being one of the largest veterinary service providers in Western Sydney. Nepean Animal Hospital's growth can be attributed to our dedication to helping you and your pet achieve the best possible health care and peace of mind during a health crisis. We have state of the art equipment and facilities to support our professional team of veterinary care experts.
From the outset, the philosophy of Nepean Animal Hospital has had two distinct components. The first, is to provide the highest level of customer service possible and the second, is to provide a high quality medical and surgical service. All staff members are selected on their ability to communicate well and their desire to achieve a high standard in their chosen profession. Our customer service commitment extends to overnight monitoring and our 24 hour emergency service for any person, not just our registered clients. We are regularly called upon to provide our after hours emergency service. Without this service, most Penrith clients would be forced to travel to Baulkam Hills or Strathfield with their very ill pet.
An example of the commitment of our Hospital to exceeding client expectations was a dog with a severe case of pneumonia which was monitored overnight for 5 nights in a row by our Veterinarians, each taking turns to spend the night by this patient. We try very hard to never say: "no" to clients, we will always try to find a way to meet a client's request (no matter how big or small) and to do the very best for our patients.
Below is an image of Amy one our senior nurses reviving a newly born pug puppy which had just been delivered via ceasarian. All the pups are doing very well.
