Client Testimonials
“Thank you so very much for taking the time to come to my home and help me with Isabelle. She has been with me for a long time and I would be lost without her. I was so worried but your timeliness, professionalism, and compassion calmed my nerves within no time. Isabelle is doing very well now and I owe that to you. Many many thanks.”

Boarding
We have boarding facilities for cats and dogs at both our hospitals. Boarding can be short or long term. Cats and dogs are boarded separately. All boarding facilities are indoors and air conditioned.
Dogs - At Mountains Animal Hospital we also have heating in the floors for the ultimate in comfort for your dog. All dogs are walked three times per day by one of our nurses on an outdoor grassed fenced area. At Nepean all the boarders are housed indoors with individual runs and thrice daily walks. Our kennels at Nepean Animal Hospital will be undergoing renovations in May to improve the comfort of your pets.
Cats - At Nepean and Mountains Animal Hospitals we have several spacious and comfortable “condos” available for cat boarding, which is especially desirable for cats who are boarding for longer periods. The condos include hammock style beds that provide ample space for important tasks like lounging around. At Mountains Animal Hospital, along with multiple cat condos, we also have a "Lions Den" to allow cats to have a roam in a secure environment while holidaying with us.
Food - All cats and dogs are fed premium quality food throughout their stay, but you are welcome to bring any special treats, snacks, or toys that will help to make your pet's stay more enjoyable. All cats and dogs are given daily special attention and play time.
Where possible we endeavour to meet any special requests you may have. If your cat or dog has any special medical or dietary requirements, please feel free to discuss them with our staff at admission.
Vaccinations - it is important that all boarding cats and dogs are up to date with their annual vaccinations.
Booking - Boarding spaces fill up quickly around Christmas and Easter times, so if you are thinking of boarding your animals over these periods, please be sure to book your pet in well in advance. Why not also consider treating your dog or cat to a pamper package whilst they are boarding so that they too can enjoy their time away from home and return feeling refreshed, loved, and smelling beautifully.
